The camera position is up an alley, inside a car park with a posted height limit, or behind a barrier no flatbed will pass. The TMT-750 is the minitrailer that gets a Mobile Tower Platform in there: a 62 by 80 cm bed cut to the footprint of the MSB-Compact, 580 kg of load capacity against 175 kg of own weight, and a hot dip galvanised chassis on a braked Knott axle. Hook it to a van, drive in, drop the four locking pins. Leave the cabinet on board and the pair travels as the MSB-Roadbox.

Built to reach the spots a flatbed cannot

A bed cut to the MSB-Compact

The loading space measures 62 by 80 cm, which is exactly the footprint of the MSB-Compact cabinet. Four locking pins drop through the base and hold it, so nothing shifts on a rough site track.

580 kg of load capacity

Own weight is 175 kg against a maximum permissible weight of 750 kg, which leaves 580 kg for the platform and everything installed inside it. The MSB-Compact itself weighs 190 kg, so batteries, a recorder and a router stay well inside the figure.

246 by 139 cm overall

At 246 by 139 cm and 93 cm high with the nose wheel down, the trailer follows a van into an alley, a service yard or a car park deck. The heavy nose wheel tilts up automatically and takes 500 kg static.

Galvanised and road legal

The chassis is solidly welded and hot dip galvanised, so winter salt and outdoor storage do not shorten its life. A braked Knott axle rated at 1350 kg, an overrun brake, a crash bar and a breakaway cable are fitted as standard, with lighting to legal standard and a 13 pin plug.

Forklift on, pins in

The TMT-750 has no tilt mechanism, which is what keeps it at 175 kg and low to the ground. Lift the MSB-Compact onto the bed with a forklift through the slots in its own base, drop the four locking pins and check the spirit level on the chassis before pulling away.

A city plot with one gate and no room to turn

[TE BEVESTIGEN: klantnaam] | Netherlands

Inner city groundworks leave a single access gate and no space for a flatbed to turn. Behind a van the trailer follows the site traffic in, the forklift already on site lifts the cabinet off, and the trailer leaves the same morning.

Common questions about the TMT-750

Load capacity, loading method and licences. What installers, integrators and rental fleets ask before ordering a minitrailer.

Maximum permissible weight is 750 kg. Own weight is 175 kg, which leaves 580 kg of load capacity on a loading space of 62 by 80 cm. That is sized for the MSB-Compact at 190 kg, with room left over for the batteries, recorder and router fitted inside the cabinet.

No. At 750 kg maximum permissible weight the trailer stays inside a category B licence behind a normal van, so the engineer who installs the platform can also tow it. Towing rules differ per country, so check the combination against your own vehicle.

The TMT-750 has no tilt mechanism, which is what keeps it at 175 kg and low to the ground. A forklift lifts the MSB-Compact onto the bed through the slots in its own base, then four locking pins hold it in place. Where no forklift is available on site, the TMT-1300 tilts to ground level instead.

The bed measures 62 by 80 cm, which is the footprint of the MSB-Compact. Larger platforms need a larger trailer: the MSB-Edge at 111 by 111 cm and the MSB6 models at 100 by 100 cm go on the TMT-1300 or the TMT-2500. Measure your own configuration before ordering.

A heavy nose wheel that tilts up automatically and takes 500 kg static, shock absorbers, a screwed drawbar, a braked overrun brake on a Knott axle rated at 1350 kg, a crash bar, a breakaway cable, lighting to legal standard, a 13 pin plug on a stainless steel holder, a spiral cable and a spirit level, all on a solidly welded and hot dip galvanised chassis. Wheels are 185/70R13 off road. The trailer is CE certified and TUV tested.

The TMT-750 is the trailer on its own. Put an MSB-Compact on it and keep it there, and the two together are sold as the MSB-Roadbox, a unit that stays road going instead of being placed and collected each time.

Stock is held in the warehouse in the Netherlands, which keeps delivery inside Europe short. Outside Europe, count on eight to ten weeks.
